Yes, you can purchase a gift voucher for a particular value (e.g. $80) and let the recipient decide how they would like to spend it. You will receive an email with the gift voucher code on it which you can then email to the recipient yourself if you like.
Gift vouchers can be purchased and redeemed online and are valid for 3 years in total from the purchase date.
For the first year of the three, the voucher is valid for a product (if purchased for a specific product) and is exempt of any price changes.
For the second and third years, the gift voucher or gift card, is valid for the dollar value paid for the card only.

If you need to cancel or change your booking for any reason please contact us as soon as possible.
The below conditions only apply to PUBLIC TOURS/DEPARTURES/EVENTS/EXPERIENCES – booked directly with Dave’s.
Any bookings through 3rd parties or agents will be subject to their conditions. If they do not have conditions, the below conditions apply.
PRIVATE TOURS/DEPARTURES/EVENTS/EXPERIENCES will be provided with specific conditions relating to their booking.
PUBLIC TOURS/DEPARTURES/EVENTS/EXPERIENCES cancellation and refund policy is as follows:
If you cancel your booking: between 0 (day of tour) and 14 days before the tour – no refund, between 15 and 30 days before the tour – 50% of the tour price paid per person more than 30 days before the tour – 100% of the tour price (less non-refundable booking deposit).
If you change your booking date: between 0 and 72 hours (3 days) before the tour – 100% of the tour price. Changes 3 to 14 days before incur a $25 per person transfer fee, between 15 and 30 days before the tour– no transfer fee.

We reserve the right to change or cancel any bookings. If we cancel a tour we will endeavour to do one of the following: Re-book you for another date or tour (subject to availability), transfer your booking to another person, and as a last resort refund your payment.

Even though we offer tours where alcohol is served, we do not condone excessive or binge drinking. We promote responsible drinking of alcohol. There are a few key points to remember because we want everyone on our tours to have a good time: Guests must at all times abide by state and federal laws regarding lawful drinking practices (e.g. Responsible Service of Alcohol). Service of alcohol may be refused to persons deemed intoxicated.
It is your responsibility to carry a valid passport, drivers licence, proof of age card, or other suitable form of identification and for the duration of the tour you are responsible for your own behaviour; uncontrollable and disruptive drunken behaviour will not be tolerated any person deemed unruly or disruptive will be removed from the tour and will not be entitled to any refund. Do not drive after one of our tours, we unfortunately cannot accept any responsibility for your ability to get home once our tours finish. At all times, the decision of the Dave’s Tours tour leader or representative will be final on all matters likely to affect the safety and well-being of the tour.
