Dave’s gets a new GM
Dave’s Travel Group (DTG) today announced the appointment of Maria Haglund as their General Manager.
DTG has positioned itself as a leading Sydney based tour and activity provider, operating the Daves Tours, Zepher Tours and Colourful Trips brands. The businesses have been collectively operating under the DTG banner since their management merger in April 2019.
Maria has worked in the Australian tourism and travel industry for over 2 decades with specialisation in leadership positions across all parts of the supplier and distribution network. She has deep experience and a strong network within the OTA and ITO sector as well as Australian based state and federal tourism organisations.
Based in the Sydney head office, Haglund will oversee all aspects of the group including sales, marketing, operations and product. She will report directly to the DTG board.
