The Team

From time to time we get on the lookout for awesome people to come join our team.

But we know that sometimes the most awesome people are the one’s who find us regardless of whether we’re actively looking or not.

 

And whilst we can’t promise that just because you’re awesome that we will be able to employ you on the spot, we are always up for hearing from good people passionate about showcasing our local communities and skilled at managing groups of people on tour and giving them the best experience possible.

At Dave’s we do a lot of different things – tours, events, festivals, bespoke experiences and then there’s the business side of things, so if you think you would fit in with us, are ingenious in the way you approach what you do then give us a shout and let’s talk.

Tour Guide – Brewery Tours Sydney

Part Time and Casual Positions available

A GREAT Tour Guide is part Librarian, part Comedian, part Cop, and at Dave’s ALL MATE.

  • Are you passionate about helping people learn new things and experience local communities?  In our case it’s our local beer and wine  – the stuff you don’t know we are happy to teach you but you need to be passionate about helping people discover!
  • Can you guide a diverse group of beer explorers, ensuring they have an unforgettable experience and engaging them in a empathetic and fun way?
  • Can you ensure your beer explorer’s safety at all times?
  • Are you handy with a smartphone to take awesome pictures of people having a great time?
  • Can you drive and do you know your way around Sydney?
  • Are you available weeknights or afternoons and weekends?

If this sounds like you then we would love to have a chat – people with a serious passion around beer and local producers are a must!

You must have (and these are mandatory, you can’t fake this stuff):

  • Held a Full NSW Drivers Licence for 12months or more
  • A love of beer or wine (or both!)
  • Enthusiasm to learn the stuff you don’t know
